When I started, I couldn't believe all the meetings people wanted to hold. After ten years though, I've mellowed a bit, sometimes it is useful to get all the stakeholders together and talk through the details, but ONLY if the meeting is being lead by a really good project manager. I still can't stand the ones that wander along with no purpose--just send an e-mail. (grin)
