Aimless Ramblings

For those of you who missed it, buried as it was in the comments of my previous entry, I'm restarting my old writing community, A World of Scribbles, worldofscribble. I've revamped the rules somewhat, and invite any of you who are interested to stop by, read the profile page to find out what's up, and join if you like what you see. Similar to the LJ Idol competition I participated in earlier this year, there will be a writing prompt for community members every two weeks, and after everyone's posted there stories, a poll to see which submission people liked the best. Unlike LJI, no one will get eliminated, this is intended as an ongoing push to get those of us who love writing to actually do it. So, stop by, sign up, and participate when you can. I plan to kick off the first writing challenge this Sunday, after which, people will have a week to contribute something. Then, the poll goes up! *grin*

Oh yes, as with LJI, entries will be posted in people's journals, so you'll start seeing stories and essays from me here in Aimless Writings again. No worries, I'll tag them all with AWOS, should you *sobs* choose to skip them.
