Definitely more prevalent in new build construction I'll grant you. Probably a personal bias of mine since the corporation I work for seems obsessed with selling unneeded properties off, repurposing the insides of properties they do have, and laughably, buying back some properties they previously sold off for yet more repurposing. LOL Besides, with all the people pushing them online, you gotta figure at least a few of them are making sales.
